• Design Payment Policy

• 50% deposit due upon acceptance of quote
• 25% due upon acceptance of first draft
• 25% due upon completion & sign off of project
• All work is carried out on our servers to which our clients have access to work on also. No work or projects will be released from our servers until invoices have been paid in full
• All graphic work will remained watermarked until paid in full
• After the final draft has been accepted, all projects must be paid for within 14days

• Monthly Payments
  Monthly payments may be made by Paypal, cheque, Western Union, or money orders, or direct bank deposits (if within Australia). If paying by cheque, your services will not commence until cheque funds have been cleared by Attitude e-media's bank. When paying monthly by cheque, the funds must be cleared within 5 days after the term of your billing period (the end of the month). If payment hasn't been processed within that 5 days grace period, your account will be suspended until funds are cleared.
• Annual Payments
  Annual payments may be made by Paypal, cheque, Western Union, or money orders, or direct bank deposits (if within Australia). If paying by cheque, your services will not commence until cheque funds have been cleared by Attitude e-media's bank. When paying annually by cheque, the funds must be cleared within 5 days after the term of your billing period (the end of the year). If payment hasn't been processed within that 5 days grace period, your account will be suspended until funds are cleared. If you choose to pay by cheque or Western Union, you will receive an e-mail that provides payment instructions 30 days before your annual renewal payment is due. Your first payment will include 12 months subsciber fees.

• Liability Limitation

  You agree that all access and use of Attitude e-media and the content thereof is at your own risk. In no event shall Attitude e-media be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of your access, use or inability to access or use (i) attitude-emedia.com or attitude-emedia.com, and/or its content, (ii) any tools or services on attitude-emedia.com or attitude-emedia.com, (iii) any member website or any content on such websites, or out of any errors or omissions in the content thereof. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this web site, site-related services, products, and/or content contained within the web site, or with the extent to which such websites are "up" or are available for access by you or other users of the internet, is to stop using Attitude e-media.
