Backups & Updates

We have been working very hard over the past months making sure that all our software is up-to-date, and that we have a hot backup system in place to protect your websites!
Updates
Those clients that have maintenance plans have all had the software running their websites updated to the latest versions. Directories, Content Management Systems & Blogs have all been upgraded. You are all now running the most up-to-date versions.
It’s always a good idea to consider obtaining maintenance blocks, because they also cover keeping your updates current.
Backups
However, those that are doing their own updates don’t need to too concerned with having any dramas during the process, as we have just improved our backup system & have on hand daily copies of your website for the whole week which we can restore usually within 24hrs. So no lengthy down times!
For those that require backups from further back, contact us. Those websites that are more dynamic & constantly being worked will also have longer term backups kept. Currently we have most daily backups archived for 30days.
