Though these domains are for sale, it's not because we want to get rid of them. We are simply regrouping our energies and getting our stable in order. So therefore, we are offering up the following operational domains for sale. None have any preference over the other.
Each site has been fully developed. All websites have been built with valid code adhering to W3C & accessibility standards, and fully optimized.Each sale is "as is", and any further development by our company will incurr additional fees. Each is currently hosted with Attitude Hosting, but can be zipped and forwarded to you for independent hosting, or you may carry on with the current hosting at the prescribed fee.
Domain names can be purchased independently from the attached website at the prices disclosed.

The X Factor was to be an extension of my business, and ran the consultation side, but workload didn’t allow me the time to grow it further so I ended up parking it on my Attitude business site. The website template & resource directory are archived & those and the domain are still for sale. The website template design could be used for just about anything (screenshot of front page attached). The design is compatible with most browsers, is mobile ready, validates to W3C standards and passes web usability & accessibility requirements. The website carried only internal ads, because it was a business site. There are still a few stray ads running on various sites marketing it. It still has 74 links linking to it. Google still has 37 pages indexed for it. (approx. cost of building this website without content $2500)

iNet (www.inetdevguide.com) originally started out 4 years ago as the Web Development Community (www.webdevcom.net) as a partnership with someone else. At the beginning of this year he did the dirty on me and without my knowledge transferred the WDC domain into his name. Even though I was unable to secure the domain & traffic back, I did hold the copyright on the design & content. In January I moved the WDC on to iNet, and started building it back up again (due to time restraints, somewhat slowly). The website currently consists of a few static pages (including the front one), a blog & a chargeable directory. The directory takes submissions starting from the standard submissions of $5.00 AUD to $30.00AUD. The editorials & tutorials and all content are included. The website is easy to manage. It has 813 pages currently indexed in Google. There are approximately 20 display ads linking to it on various sites. (approx. cost of building this website without content $3500-$4000)
